New approaches to sorting blueberries!
Our company does not standstill. Every year we improve production so that our consumers, both in Ukraine and abroad, receive a high-quality product.
This year we launched a professional warehouse-refrigerator with an area of over 700 m2. The launch of modern refrigeration equipment allows us to fully adhere to the so-called "cold chain", which is the basis for keeping berries fresh for longer period.
Another significant step for our company was the introduction into the production cycle of the high-tech sorting line "Berry Class 4" manufactured by the Spanish company Elifab and packaging equipment manufactured by MAT EXAKTA. The highly sensitive optical system of the sorting line and modern software allows sorting the harvested products as accurately and efficiently as possible, because in the process of checking the berries more than 30 indicators of product quality are taken into account. The peculiarity of the equipment is that after sorting the berry remains intact, and most importantly, the bluish plaque remains on the berries.Thanks to the new sorting line, we can quickly and accurately pack berries in punnets of 125 g, 250 g, and 500 g, depending on the customer's needs.
